Dear REA Colleagues,
I sincerely congratulate on online REA2021 Annual Meeting Gender, Sexuality, and Wholeness: Religious Education for Confrontation and Healing from July 5-9, 2021. In our academic global context, it is very wonderful that the Korean Society of Christian Religious Education has a good fellowship with the REA.
On January 1st, 2021, I was elected as the 37th President of the Korean Society of Christian Religious Education (KSCRE). Originally, we had planned to have 60th Anniversary International Conference with the Religious Education Association this year. However, the global encountering of the Covid-19 pandemic provided many unexpected changes to our mutual joint conference.
Instead, the steering committee of the KSCRE has the plan to publish an international journal volume for the global joint fellowship with the REA in March 2022. We publish four issues per year (one is English issue and the others are Korean issues) of our peer-reviewed journal, Journal of Christian Education in Korea.
Its deadline is December 30, 2021 and you can upload your precious article on the international editorial manager of Journal of Christian Education in Korea: https://acoms.kisti.re.kr/JCEK. If many colleagues of the REA participate in an international volume of our journal, it will contribute to our international mutual fellowship between the REA and the KSCRE.
